About

Made in Millbrook

Made in Millbrook is a community-led project supported by University of Southampton exploring the people, places and experiences that have shaped Millbrook, from its development and changing neighbourhoods to life in the area today. Working with local residents, community researchers, artists, young people and partner organisations, the project brings together personal memories, archive material, photography, film, creative workshops and community events. By recording and sharing local stories, Made in Millbrook aims to celebrate the area’s heritage, strengthen connections between generations and ensure that the voices of people who know Millbrook best help shape how its past, present and future are understood.
